<p>Bought luxury vinyl tiles from Shanira flooring, which was also installed by them. Three months later the tiles started warping and the edges came loose. Notified Shanira about the problem and called up on the guarantee that was provided. One year later ( numerous e-mails and phone calls) still no answer nor replacement of faulty tiles. There is absolutely no effort from their side to solve the problem. Beware!</p>
