<p>Bought 358 boxes of Krono LVT flooring from Bilal at Shanira and was told that the stock totals 3 full pellets collected for export. When the stock was delivered to the DRC, only 205 boxes were counted. Having accused the transporters of theft, I contacted Bilal and Erica to request a collection slip which the collectors signed. After a month and many e-mails and phone calls, I was told that the slip could not be found. I then requested that they issue a letter, on a letterhead, confirming that 3 pellets were collected on the collection date against the inv ant of R251 000, only to receive a letter stating that they loaded 5 pellets!!! These are just dishonest ******! Don't do business with these dishonest *****!! </p>
