Refusal of refund

We made sleeping arrangements at Shangrila inni bos. It was my boyfriends 30th birthday. We paid for a cabin and 2 overnight rooms. I asked all our guests to use my name as a reference when making eft payments. They also confirmed that it was for the party, and also gave up their own names. We booked in before the party, and when we arrived in the evening, the owner refused to let my friends in as he was not aware of the eft payments that was made. I also paid an extra R850 on his card machine when we booked in. All of us had to drive home to pretoria, and as it was a 30th birthday party, everybody had some drinks. He treated us very badly, and the gate guard wasn't english or afrikaans proficient enough to explain the situation. The have not refunded our money, and my guests are very unhappy. Very unprofessional, and dissapointing
