Shangri-La the money hunters

Where do I start. Think before you ever move into this flats/town house complex. You're moving into hell. The owner thinks he can do whatever he wants. He does not maintain the place properly. When something breaks like stoves or geysers etc he blames the occupant. He charges the tenants for ******* removal and the new thing that was just implemented. Water. Water was part of the contract. The contract states water included. Now all of a sudden water must be paid by tenants. His family has a Daycare on the premises and those who owns the cresh's son works as a driver for the owner. Do they get charged the same as the rest? Basically. These houses was developed for people with disabilities but no one wants to stay in them because its not safe. Its overpriced and the owner is doing whatever he pleases. How can i allow my parent to live in a place like this. They are pensioners.investigate this owner and his family Leon is his name. He acts like he is running the show and he do as he pleases and when you tell him that he is not lawful he tells you to find another place to live. Why should the tenant pay for ******* removal by renting a ******* drum. Why. You Leon is supposed to take care of ******* removal our of your own pocket and why should the tenant pay extra for water if its included in the rent.just because the daycare uses more water now the rest of the tenants must pay. No no no Leon.you're *****ing money here .He had a borehole installed with water tanks. Why is he always hunting money. Money money money is all that's important to him .when it comes to maintaining the flats/houses on the premises he does not do it. And when he does he blames the tenant for breaking his stuff. Think twice before you apply to rent a place from this money hunter. Can someone investigate the operation at this place? He does not do things by the book.
