Our lease was up for renewal. Upon signing we were told that we needed to pay another agents fee. While we understand this. This was short notice. Now on the 25th I am being harassed whilst I am on night duty in the trauma unit until 20h30 with threatening messages from Marise. I advised that I can only pay end of Feb to which she has threatened to cut off the lights and water. Is this even legal. We have already paid our February rent. And now these people want to threaten us where our kids live. There is no sufficient communication from this agency. They do not even inform us when the lights or water rates go up. Also upon signing a renewed lease...we were told we must park elsewhere or off road parking even though they were shown the vehicles that we have. The lack of communication and insufficient time given to cater for such sudden fees is unfair and then to have someone harassing you while you trying to save lives is poor ethics.
