Really solid quality furniture and great customer care overall.

My items were delivered early this week and looking back from the day I first made the order all the way to delivery, their service was really top tier. They had initially given me a 10 working day estimate and while it ended up taking a little bit longer than that because it ended up being 11 days instead which is a day extra and I didn't mind at all because their team maintained constant updates with me over ***. I placed a bulk order with Shandu which consisted of couches, 10 seater dining set, TV stand and a queen bedroom set. For anyone getting a floating stand, just a quick heads up for you to be prepared to give their team around an hour or to an hour and a half to install because they take their time drilling and securing everything properly when they install. I assume my installation took longer because my tv is very big and the TV stand I ordered from them is perfectly covering my entire wall like I initially wanted. The mounted queen bedroom set also came out looking really nice even though my partner and I are already thinking about reaching out to them again soon to get matching pedestals to complete the look. Really solid quality furniture and great customer care overall. I'm a happy customer.
