The quality is not good and the aftersales service is pathetic

They are not willing to resolve an issue that I have complained about and logged an official dispute about as well

They keep ignoring me. I have spent alot of money fixing the issue with the machine that they did not check before sending to me

They sent me the incorrect rotary axis for the laser marking machine and they also did not send me the rotary axis for the laser CNC co2 machine as promise

They are not willing to send it to me now although I have paid them in full for them to send it to me

They are also not willing to replace the laser tube that was damaged due to the machine wiring being connected incorrectly when I received the machine
