Still no response to complaint

After more than two years of struggling with this company I still have no resoluiton to the rotary axis that they did not send to me as part of what I paid for for the Co2 Laser engraving machine that I bought for them and was imported from China to South Africa

They are also refusing to respond to me regarding the replacement of the laser tube damaged with the testing due to them connecting wire incorrectly and not doing a quality check on the machine before shipping it off to me.

The main fuse exploded three times and melted the whole main power connection due to them not knowing what they are doing and making me test the machine even though they knew something was wrong

I had to pay alot of money, over R10 000 to be exact for an electrician to bypass the main power connection due to their negligence and also for training or them to teach me how to use the machine as this company had no clue of how to operate their own machine.

On the website they say they have a three to five year warranty on the parts but now they are not willing to refund or send me the rotary axis and replacement laser tube

They are just ignoring me and not responding to me at all

I also asked for them to provide me with the legal department details which they are also refusing to provide to me
