Still no resolution

I have still received no response regarding the rotary axis to be sent to me even though I did send proof that I paid git 140W laser tubes that they said I didn't pay for

I have also not received any feedback about the laser tube replacement due to the damage made to the tube with the testing of the Co2 machine. Shan**** Buluoer Intelligent Technology sent me a machine that was not quality checked. Wires were incorrectly connected causing the tube to be damaged (being faulty from the start and eventually breaking)

Also had to get an electrician to bypass the power connection for the machine to be able to switch on due to the main fuse exploding e times and melting the entire power inlet plug.

This also caused due to the wires being in the incorrect way
