Bad service

Alisa refuses to send me the rotary axis for my cnc co2 laser engraving machine even though they made a mistake not to send it to me with my order. She

She also refuses to send me the correct rotary axis for my laser marking machine even though she sent the photo of the stepper 3 way motor to me when I ordered the machine.

She wants me to order another machine as well before she will send me the rotary axis for the cnc co2 machine saying that she cannot send the rotary axis with airfreight only by sea.

I order another stepper motor from wish and it was sent to me with airfreight on 2 weeks. Alisa is supposed to refund me now for my additional expenses. She can also send me the rotary axis for the cnc co2 machine with airfreight.

Why can Alisa not do the same. If was their fault that it was not sent to me.
