Shandon/Shandon Clothing is a **** !

I purchased from this online store for the first time in July 2020. I ordered one garment from them which was delivered to me as per my requirements. This is where what should have been a positive review ends. Having been fooled into a false sense of security by the first order, I placed another order again in July 2020. The mess that has transpired since that order is indescribable. This second item I had ordered had not been delivered within 2 weeks of my ordering it which I found odd. I then received an email talking about things being stuck at customs and to be patient. I waited another week and requested a refund. I sent my refund request on 3 August and initially received a speedy response which led me to believe that I would get my money back. Fast forward 2 months later and I am still waiting for my refund. I have heard the same stories as the other unsuspecting people who have reported on this website. From being told to expect my money month end, to receiving communication saying their business account has been frozen and and and. The worst part is how rude they have been since I have been trying to get my refund. You can tell they speak to you that way because they feel they have the upper hand. All the while, they continue to trade. This set up is a definite **** and I believe they lure people in by making one delivery to build trust before outright *****ing. I'll continue to report them on every platform including Instagram where they continue to operate. I would encourage all the many people whose reviews I've seen here on Hellopeter to go to Instagram and facebook and report this company for the ********s and ********** that they are. Let's save other people from experiencing the same.
