Shandon Clothing is a ******** people

I was ****med by Shandon Clothing i bought sneakers in June 2020 every time i ask about my order the say i must be patient they're making an effort to make the delivery. I then asked fir a refund still got the same answer till toda. Now im hopeless i don't even know what to do.
