********,UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DISGUSTING, NO REGARD FOR EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS BUSINESS ARE ******** OF NOTE AND UTTERLY RUDE! On Tuesday the 29th of September, I enquired about the tan tops they had on sale for R450, during my enquiry about the sale, I was promptly responded to, to a point where a lady called me to give me further details about the payment. I made payment at 10H00 in the morning. I was told my parcel would be despatched within 3 days of receipt of payment (Of which payment was the same Tuesday as they said I must pay and clear the money for an instant transfer). Fast forward to the 8th of October, I enquired about my delivery and was told I should wait the WHOLE day for them to get back to me with regards to my query, the day ends with no communication from their side! The following day which is now the 9th of October, i asked for a refund and was told I should wait till end of day to receive my refund, at 16H00 I enquired about my refund, this unprofessional lady tells me that the day is not over and until it is over I must stop bothering her *the nerve*. I am appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness of this business practice, they are quick to take your money but lack efficient customer service! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! You people are rude and ****** unprofessional!
