I ordered and and paid for a dress on their black friday sale via ewallet thinking I wanted it to be dispatched quickly that was November 13th on the 23rd I made a follow up and was told of their 14 day delivery little did I know that I was being ****med and that there was no dress I'll be getting. Giving her the benefit the following week I enquired about my parcel and requested a tracking number to check whereabouts of my parcel and was given an email address to forward my request and jo response was given not even an automated one and I was communicating via WhatsApp at the same time of which my messages were read two days later every time.The lady was quick to call me regarding the money but her customer service is non existent and clearly she's a ********* and used to doing this knowing we can't do anything about it, lord knows if I were to get her jail is where I'm going and it's wrong totally wrong my WhatsApp messages are now being ignored and to date I haven't received my parcel and from the reviews here it's clear I won't be getting the dress I ordered not my money back I'm disappointed frustrated and angry that people think it's wright to do this to other people .********** **** people's money but one day is one day she will do this to the wrong one.
