This company is ******** us our money. I bought a dress and two pairs a of shoes 13th November 2020. I was given an order number. After some days I enquired about my parcel, they gave me a Whatsapp number and email. I have been writing messages to them they aren’t responding. I even gave them my banking details to return the money if they don’t have the items, they never responded to my email.

There’s no company cellphone or number to call, whenever you send a WhatsApp message they will respond after two to three days or not respond at all and also Instagram page doesn’t allow us to comment. This company isn’t professional at all and their customer service sucks. I’m very disappointed in them . Loosing hard earned cash is very painful
