Bad Business Principles

I ordered and payed for shoes on the 25th of May, was told they where dispatched 3rd of June but didn't receive parcel. Was then td again they where dispatched on the 20th June but still nothing. July asked for a refund and sent proof of payment. Was told refund would be done 31 July, to date still waiting for refund.
