Disgusting and Unprofessional Service - NEVER GO HERE

<p>Made a booking using Groupon at Beauty On Oxford. When called the number - was sent to Shamwari Day Spa. Asked why the difference they said Shamwari owned Beauty. Made appointment for the Sunday at 3pm. The lady said that we must not print out the coupon but come there directly and pay them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Went there at 2.55pm. Samantha, the Owner/Receptionist welcomed us after directing us to the wrong gate. She sounded arrogant on the phone and we didn't realise more was to follow. She made us wait about 25 minutes in the cold outer room. When asked why the delay - she said the the******s are preparing the room and warming the oils (sounded silly but accepted it). She offered coffee but the water took another 10 minutes to make hot. Finally went in at 3.45 (45 minutes later). The room was freezing and the the******s where totally confused. We had booked a sports massage and they were using their palms to rub us down. When asked them they said that's how they do it. They were even complaining that they were going to work overtime and could not understand why we were delayed. On our exit we asked Samantha about the delay and poor service, she started screaming and told us to get out. Even her husband told her to apologise for the bad service and move on. She started screaming and her husband was totally disgusted by her behaviour as well. He kept apologising to us as he walked us to our car. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was more than obvious that Samantha has no people s****s and does not know a thing about running a spa - she has no professionalism and customer s****s. We froze through our treatment and I would not recommend this to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>We go to multple spas and this was by far the worst experience - the standard is way below the ordinary and definitely would not recommend this place.</p>
