Business selling **** products as original

This business markets sneakers and apparel via a WhatsApp business platform - a catalogue of items are attached the business profile and pictures of a variety of items are posted on a regular basis - a family member initially purchased an item from the owner the process being, you choose your item off the catalogue, so doing checking whether there's available stock, once stock is confirmed and you provide the go-ahead, you must make payment, provide proof of payment in order for the product to be delivered. the business has a 7day exchange - no refund policy.

I purchased a pair of sneakers, on the confirmation from the owner that all products are original as per the catalogue. That being said, when I received the product it wasn't original, it was a pair of ****. I made contact with the owner explaining that I was not happy with the purchase requesting a return / exchange - she totally ignored my request, read my messages, with no response and didn't take any of my calls despite being online.

I have lost out on R850 paid for what I believed to be an original sneaker. The reason I am writing this review is because I feel that I have been conned by this woman (Shamma Kay) - she knows that her product isn't original and i want to make others aware to not use her services. She's running a **** as far as I'm concerned, as she's not upfront as to her product (she should be honest and transparent enough to let people know that her product isn't original when people ask - that it's made in China, products like Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc.).

Her products (being ****) is sold, in some instances, at the same price of the original product; which I think is so unfair to the consumer.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS - They are selling **** products as original.
