Pathetic service from Shalom Park and Fly
WE WILL NEVER RECOMEND Shalom Park and Fly to anyone!!
Our flight to Cape Town was on Thursday late afternoon. We got to Lanseria Airport on time, with time to spare. Shalom was not there to collect our car. They were 1.5 hours late, we boarded our planes with minutes to spare! We arrive back at Lanseria Monday morning just arround 8 am, again, no Shalom to bring our car. Again they were 1.5 hours late. When phoning the office, the lady we spoke to was so rude, they disconnected the calls we made to her 2 times mid conversation. When the driver finally arrive, he said we indicated the plane will only be there by 9am. And kept on insisting we were at fault. You struggle to get any of the people at the office on the phone. This has been the WORST experience we have ever had with a park and fly company, and will NEVER promote or make use of their service again!
