Failed Israel Tour

We booked a group tour to Israel in 2023,trip was scheduled for November 12 2023. We were unable to go due to war that occurred and still continuing. The company is still not refunding our monies siting many issues with the suppliers that were paid mainly hotels that they can't refund us due to decline economic conditions. All these excuses, don't have a valid official evidence from the hotels. Instead the company is pushing for indefinite postponement not refund. Stating force majeure as clause that legalize hotels not to refund our money.
