Runners **** on Facebook

I purchased goods from Ashley Tatenda Mashako from Shalom enterprise on the 01.03.2021. She confirmed to have received a payment of R3570 but never delivered the goods to me. I have found her business on Facebook under a runner page called "Kitchen stuff for sale". I have previously ordered and received my goods from other runners from this page but this Ashley lady seems to have ****med me. She started by lying to me and say she posted the goods, She sent me an incorrect tracking number on numerous occasions, she told me all sorts of excuses and lies. I have asked her to refund me since she failed to deliver the goods which I paid for. I have now decided to take the matter to small claims court.
