AVOID SHAKERS ALUMINIUM PROJECTS
Avoid Shakers Aluminium Projects at all costs. We hired them to install an aluminium handrail — a job they confidently claimed would be “quick and easy.” They were very quick to take our payment, but after that, it became a nightmare. For months, we had to chase them for updates. Every time we followed up, there was a new excuse — none of which matched the last. One week they said they were waiting for parts; the next they said everything was ready but they were “busy finishing other jobs.” They eventually gave us an installation date, but never pitched up, only to reschedule multiple times with yet more excuses. When we finally demanded a refund, they suddenly arrived to install — but what they left behind was a half-done, poor-quality structure that looked terrible. When I tried to get them to finish or refund us, the situation became hostile. The owner’s wife, Nicolene, became aggressive when I took photos of the incomplete rail. She assaulted me and kicked my phone out of my hand on my own property. That was the final straw. This company has shown zero professionalism, honesty, or respect for their clients. They took our money, delivered substandard work, and resorted to ************ when confronted. They are unreliable, dishonest. Do not trust them with your money or your property.
