Very bad service

Shakas seat in shakas rocky does not deserve a single star but because one need to select before you write anything, i don't have a choice. I was told about them and i did not listen. We book for a weekend in January 24 and i left my clothes by mistake that worth over R2500 because were not clean. I've put them in the drawer. On my way back home i remember that i left my clothes. When I call the lady who is a manager there, she deny all my clothes. I ask her to find out from her stuff and she said her stuff don't *****. She was very defensive. I then try to do research about her and her stuff, only to find out that everybody is saying she's the one who took them. I'll never go there and becareful guys about that place
