vehicle is with the dealer but my uncle still paying

My name Mvelelwa Almon Maphumula 53 years old, living in Durban. I purchased a Bawa Quantum in 2017 from a Shakas Rock Auto in Ballito, up North of KZN. Due to financial hardship during Covid 19 2020,I could afford to pay the instalment for the vehicle, hence I sent it back to the Dealer. They accepted the vehicle but they did not clear the vehicle from my name, i am still paying the vehicle at the licence office as it is still appearing on my name. I have asked the dealer several times to clear the vehicle from my name as I do not have the vehicle but they are refusing.

I have paid for the vehicle last theee years, yet the vehicle is with them
