Shaka Rock Auto Poor After Sales Service

On 14th October I bought a Toyota Quantum from Shaka Rock Auto dealership in KZN till today I'm still waiting for vehicle registration documents meaning I can't put the operating license as the van is not yet registered.

I've been phoning the dealership daily with the intention of making a follow up to get the documents instead Na**** (sales lady) kept on making false promises and today she decided not to answer my phone calls and due to the fact that the dealership is not answering I decided to phone SA Taxi finance to ask for assistance as the Quantum is financed by SA Taxi and I was told that there is nothing was sent to SA Taxi Finance by Shaka Rock Auto informing them that they sold the vehicle to me, so in order for them to be able to assist me they must get all the necessary information from the dealership (Shaka Rock Auto).

I'm sitting here with a problem Toyota Quantum because it can not operate and bear in mind the van is financed, the installment is gonna be due though the van is making no money. What ****es me off the most Shaka Rock Auto team is not bothering by phoning me I'm the one who is phoning them daily.
