Kennel review - be careful when selecting the best self rated kennel when traveling

Rating themselves as one of the highest best kennels in the area, I can’t express how bad my experience has been while my dogs were in kennels while traveling. I had to beg for photos and videos and when I got them the dogs were just held in a helpers arm. I leant a gazebo because the area where my dogs were supposed to be had little shade. I never saw my pets under the gazebo. When viewing the kennel, I was shown where the dogs will be playing, resting as the area was ‘under construction, due to being recently purchased. The only messages I received such were probably three were they fine. On arrival was not permitted to enter the area shown. The same app**** when collecting them. My dogs are not happy, they are clearly distressed and need to know that they can enjoy their comforts and care they share with us. This kennel is clearly just about money with little or no interest in the boarders. Definitely not and I repeat not the top kennel in the area!
