Wanted to move to cheaper insurance but wanted to give Discovery a chance to reduce my premium. Phoned, spoke to some lady, no joy. Got other quotes and was at the point of leaving Discovery. Decided to give them one last try, got through to Shafick Allow, together we tweaked my insurance plan and he reminded me of all the ways to get rewarded. He got me all excited again about the whole Discovery methodology, the whole reason I joined in the first place. If it wasn't for Shafick it would have been bey bey Discovery.
