bad service

I was suppose to be collected at 4h45 in the morning for eye test , the driver came at 4h 00 and when he called he started shouting saying am leaving you where are , I started to panic asking myself why this now, as the arrangement was I will leave 4h45 from their office home since am traveling with a three months baby , well the driver forced to wait for me and when I get there with my baby he is telling me the taxi is full someone will come fetch then off he goes, he just leave without telling me where to go, I have never been treated like this I mean no one had ever seen this bad service. What I need now is my money back and I will go to other driving school, the ladies at the office did what is good but their drivers are bad.
