Very happy customer

This is an updated review. I was not at all happy with a quotation provided by a Kutlwano Mokaba.

Since then, a lady by the name Sthandiwe Mthimunye has contacted me to resolve this issue, and I really appreciate this. She saved the day on the day on that which was initially a 1-star review.

I was aware that this lady was off from work when a quotation was requested, and that an error was made in the original quotation. However, despite effort being made to explain this to Kutlwano, it made no sense to him.

I would strongly recommend that staff are full aware of how quotations are generated to avoid future errors like that which happened to me.

I would have given 3 stars here for the mishap, but the professionalism shown by Sthandiwe has earned this company a 5 star review. Thank you Sthandiwe for understanding my dilemma and resolving that which was simple mathematical logic.
