Shade Tech SA

Shade Tech SA was asked to erect three sets of shading at a school. A 10 year written guarentee was given on both the shadenet/shadecloth as well as the stitching and construction thereof. The owner Mr Cobus Kruger promised that his high quality of materials, as well as the fact that all calculations/designs are calculated by capable engineers, will proof itself long after the 10 years of guarentee. Within three months after the shading was erected, the evidence spoke for itself. The last set of shading was not done yet when the shadecloth of the 1st set tore out and the steel structure of the second set collapsed partly. The 3rd structure was the biggest and highest - yet the steel pipes/poles of this structure was the thinnest. Not even a month after the 3rd set was done, one pole bend and another pole was pulling the concrete in which it was anc****d, out of the ground. I can go on and on about the unneat designs of the shadecloth, how chains are used to compensate for shadecloths that was made too small, how the cables snap and the thread broke ... 10 year gaurentee and all! I do have photos as proof of all... and more. Everytime I report a problem the owner tells me that I don't understand and I must remember that all designs and calculations is done by his profesional engineer.
