Over promised and under delivery of wedding make up.

I, unfortunately, got ****med by this company. After booking this service for my wedding for all my brides****s, myself, my mom, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and flower girl as well as both my grandmothers (total of over R5000) when I went for my trial the make up used and level of artistry was nowhere near the standard shown on their Facebook pages. I looked like a drag queen, my hair wasn't anything like what I wanted - Mari who I had booked with apologised and promises me a refund to this day - to no avail. This was less than a month before my wedding I had to pay for a new MAU and hair stylist. Unprofessional and totally ****med by pics online. Would not recommend.
