Please take note that Shadeports Sa has put on Shading in our front yard on the day of installation we have informed them that the net will tear and they have guaranteed us that it will not tear and add on the Invoice in the neat tear they will come and replace it at no further costs. Since last week 19/03/2019 we have called them and asked them to come and have a look at the teared net - every time they assure us that they will come the same day, but up until today 27/03/2019 no one was there when we phone he do not answer we have paid R11 000 for something that is teared. I need them to come and replace the net.
