RUDE AND SHODDY WORKMANSHIP BY SHADEPORT GAUTENG

Such bad customer service! We engaged with the manager, Ronnie and he was so rude! He had installed a carport for us and the wind blew it away. We got him to reinstall, but on advice from the insurance, a wind gate was suggested. Ronnie sent a quote with 100 mm legs, but when we called him he accused us of lying, even though the quote is in writing. Such shameless behaviour is unacceptable!
