Shackleton Life / Sonia Naicker

During the most difficult time in my life, having to deal with the pounding stress of been able to handle the pressure of losing a parent, amongst a tumultuous time of going through a pandemic, i have to say that Shackleton Life and their representative, Sonia Naicker, have truly been the most understanding and compassionate during this trying time. Been able to comfort my family and work vigorously to ensure that no stone was left unturned in pursuit of processing the claim of my late parent. Sonia Naicker worked tirelessly to ensure that every possible information was attained and submitted to the correct officials, to ensure that peace of mind was restored to my family and I. I do truly hope that Shackleton Life truly values and understands what an incredible, hard-working, polite and most of all , such a gem of an individual Sonia Naicker is. She definitely deserves more praise that i am providing, as well as a massive raise.
