I want to take this opportunity to commend Sonia Naicker for the professional manner in which she dealt with the claim I had registered. She was honest and from the onset explained the claims process and made the procedure to submit the documents as easy as possible. She struck a balance between giving me hope about the claim as well as the implications of the assessment regarding the claim. When I was done with the completion of the documents Sonia arranged for them to be fetched by a courier company and confirmed the receipt of it. Her turnaround time for the decision on the claim was a day before she had indicated. I must admit that I had never heard of Shackleton Insurance and it was my wife who had taken out the cover so I was a bit sceptical. Today I want to say that Shackleton insurance is the real deal. They kept their promise and delivered what they marketed. The turn around time is amazing. I will never hesitate to recommend Sonia and her company she represents. Thank you so much Sonia.
