Rates are very high & Poor customer service.
Poor customer service.
I wrote an email requesting to have my rates review as I have been with Shackleton Life for years now and I have never defaulted on my payments but the rates are still very high, I have been also approached by other institutions for them to take over with lower rates.
I tried reaching-out to Shackleton Life but no help at all from them.
