Privacy Invation by Shackleton Life Insurance

I received a call from this business trying to sell me a life cover, they told they got my information from the deeds office and I have a mortgage bond for ******xx with a ***x bank (all this information was correct. Then I asked them how did they get my information without must consent. I take this as a very serious violation of my privacy and in terms of the POPIAct this is so wrong. My contact details, residential address have been compromised I even want to take this up with the Ombudsman as this means that it's either someone from the Deeds Office is selling peoples information to this company and I want them to be investigated.
