POOR SERVICE TO THE MAX!!!

Shackleton Life is a USELESS Broker. They come running after you when after you buy property and they act all professional and competent while they are just the opposite.

My home geyser has been troubling me for 5 days and when I put through my claim, they take me from pillar to post. They don’t get back to you to give you an update but you have yo be the one to call them and when you do, they still give you the same service. Now my family has to now continue using old water but the premium at the end of each month is paid without no hassles. Very poor service!!!
