Hello Peter, im highly annoyed right now, actually extremely annoyed!<br> Me and my Husband app**** for a house last year some tym in April and was approved by FNB housing finance.<br> So we were getn numerous of calls including the call we got from the insurance company im highly annoyed about. One of the consultants from company called us than told us about the policy stating that we can not register house without house insurance, which that we understood. So lady suggested we start policy even if the house is not registered yet, which it didnt make sense then and even now. I told them i dont mind joing their company but policy should only start after house registration, which we agreed on, unfortunately while in the process the owner decided not to sale house anymore, so the deal had to be cancelled. <br> Than recently i checked my bank statement and the company was deducting off my account for the last 5months R379=R1895, i asked bank to stop the debit which was done, then i contacted the company to let them know that the house bond was no longer and they have been deducting, i than demanded for a refund back, spoke to Godfrey and he promised it would be done in 48hrs, im still waiting...
