No Feedback from Shackleton.
I raise a query regarding the below and I haven't received any feedback or any reply.
My drain keeps on blocking and I had to pay call-out fees for my drain to be unblocked but the issue is that this keeps on reoccurring, so it is clear that there is a problem on the property which is covered by Shackleton, please could you help so that this issue can be resolved I no-longer have money to keep on paying for call-out fees.
