Good day
I have been informed by black Cygnet life that my September premium has not been collected . I am trying to reach out to them via email and telephone but no one responds. I received an automated reply that I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours and this did not materialize. I am trying to get their banking details to make payment for September.
