Making the life of those dealing with death so much easier.

Due to sad circumstances, I had to deal with Shackleton on my mom's behalf. First for a retrenchment benefit which shortly after became a dreaded disease benefit claim which ended up to be a death claim. Sonia Naicker was probably the best person I could have asked to work with. She was with me for the entire process and I felt like she understood what I was going through. She made it effortless for me to submit the claims and in the end, it resulted in the easy management of my mom's house. PS: there is really no substitute in client services for updates on the process and stance of your claim during the process which companies seem to forget.

Having had to deal with several insurance companies at the same time she, alongside the Shackleton staff, were leaps and bounds ahead of the other companies such a Regent (now owned by Hollard) who can for sure take a lesson on how Shackleton and Old Mutual go about making the life of those who stay behind following death a whole lot easier.
