Extremely high premiums: Despite having multiple properties covered by aShackleton.
Despite having multiple properties covered by Shackleton and being with them (Shackleton) for years their premiums remains extremely high when compared to other companies to a point where one is considering moving due to affordability constrains. Can someone from Shackleton please contact me. Looking forward to your prompt help, Thanks

22 Jan 2024, 11:44No response whatsoever from Shackleton that goes to tell the level of commitment towards their customers (Customer service), this is really appalling. I will not recommend this brand to anyone - their customer service is extremely poor - other brands contact you directly to rectify issues with them they just keep quite only responding to positive feedback only.
