Disappointed
I'm unhappy at the treatment I received from the company...I canceled my bond policy because I haven't got a house that I was hoping to get since March they were debiting and I canceled my debit in July in August they still debited I then reversed it...this month they debited me more money than the previous one what kind of **** I they running?...I can't believe I thought they were a good company yet they are ******** me even after I told them I don't have the house they were taking money for?...what kind of ppl are they?
