Contract

Bad…. I have been with Shackleton Life since 2018 I started paying R148 & it increased to R152 this year 2022. I have never claimed from them at all I called the company this year 2022 to update / upgrade my policy a new contract was drawn up and my new instalment was R331. Which was supposed to commenced last month and they deducted an amount which was was agreed upon and not on my contract which was sent to me. I called them and made them aware of the error and I was told they will come back to me the later in the day. Two days later no one came back to I decided to call Shackleton Life again I was told the agent who spoke with me will call me back same day, she did not. The 3rd day i decided to reverse the amount the manager calls me apologizing and explaining the technical glitch guess what same thing this month. I honestly don’t want to go through the same thing.
