Bad service
The service is not great when it comes to coming back on changes to the policies. I informed the consultant when it will be a convenient time to come back to me but it did not happen. I even responded via mail on this but no response as well. This just shows one when adjustments are to be done they drag their feet. This is unacceptable service.

19 Apr 2022, 13:55This business is really bad. They do not provide the correct update when discussed telephonically with them. You send an email to confirm the adjustment just to discover the updated document is not correct. It appears they do not perform quality checks.
