APPROVAL OF CLAIM

I hereby wish to express my gratitude specifically to Sonia on the way we have been communicating in trying to resolve the matter. She was never tired and angry towards me when I was uttering my frustrations in this whole issue. Her patience and humane behavior in calming me down will never be forgotten.

She promised that she will push the assessors to resolve the matter and ensure that I get the response on Friday, the 15th October 2021. Today, the 14th October 2021, she surprised me with the good news that my claim has been approved.

This has shown me that Shackleton Life does uphold itself to the terms of the contracts.
