WRONG INFORMATION

I am writing to formally dispute the information that has been reported to the credit bureaus in respect of my account with

SHACKLECKTON My credit report currently reflects an amount of R333,654 as my monthly instalment. This information is incorrect.

My agreed monthly repayment is R1,200.00 per month. I have attached a copy of the DebiCheck SMS received from SHACKLETON confirming that a R1,200.00 debit was submitted to my Absa account.

The credit report appears to be treating the outstanding debt/balance of R333,654 as my monthly instalment. These are not the same thing. My actual monthly repayment is R1,200.
