Unfairly & inhumanly Treated by Shackleton Credit Management

My life has been halted by this company, who did not only block my personal bank account Since October 2021 until to date, I have no access to it I have literally lost everything my life policy has lapsed due to this, my children left with no food to eat have been living through people's donation as I have no means of accessing the little funds I had from temporary job I had .

I have sent all documents as proof of unemployment to them yet they bullying me into paying large amount I can not afford as I am unemployed I advised them that I'm surviving on a child support grant and can only afford minimum they just not burging , my crime is being black single parent who had a business after it collapsed I couldn't repay now Shackleton Credit Management has made sure that my children pays hard for it , today it's the 21st December 2021 in 4days it will be Christmas my kids will not have any clothes , food , or anything to celebrate just because Shackleton have decided to froze my account and ignore my plea. I really don't think this is in accordance with human rights yes I owe WESBANK but how. I suppose to live when I can't even access a bank account that I get that little something to survive on. Can someone from Debt collection Council &Human right council assist me please .
