Profile update

This company is horrible they send me an emal to say my account has been closed when asked to update my profile on experian they said I must pay after I did not receive any calls from them for more than 5-6 years, I than told them that I also app**** for perscription where by law it states that any debt where you were not contacted in the last 3 years need to be written off and your profile needs to be updated still they do not want to do this

I am really tired as they refuse to update my profile with all the information I sen to them.
